I'm back with Avon!

I am back with Avon as an Independent Sales Rep. I am making my presence online. I am commiting to making a success with Avon and I am wanting to grow my business. I first started selling Avon when I was 18 and over the years I came and gone. It's funny I always come back to Avon. Guess that is a sign? Update

I haven't been here for sometime and just wanted to post an update to what has been going on this year. Back in October I got Vertigo and was off work for 3 months. I had to drop down to associate member with the candle company I was a distributor for. Recently I had to have my gall bladder removed. With all this going on I hardly worked at my job so money was very tight, that is why I am no longer a distributor. I would love to go back to it but I really wasn't going anywhere with it. That is not the business to be in if you have a very tight budget. My plan is to sell my gently used items online, I am also going to be selling my homemade crafts. I crochet so that is what I will be selling. As I get something made, I will post a pic and if anyone is interested in buying there will be a link as to where to purchase. I am also going to give a try at candle making. That is what I really want to do. I have tried to make some soap and they turned out okay. Keep coming back as I am going to try to keep this updated as to what is going on.

Update on me and my business

Well, the last time I posted here was about a year ago when I was doing the library promotion to get my business name out in my community. I was asked to participate in that again this fall and I said yes!

I am still working hard trying to build my home based candle business. Been at it for one year now and still love it. I have been learning alot and now have a team of 2 partners! My customer base is good and hope to grow that as well. I am looking for ways to earn an income from my business with retail and residual income. I am planning on doing home parties in the summer months and as always I am looking for new distributors.

Times are hard now, with the gas prices so high and they keep climbing, food prices and everything else going up it's hard to get by. With this business you can earn your gas money almost on a daily basis, plus if you recruit, then you will have a monthly income as well. Our program has a good compensation plan, the cost is minimal every month and you can easily get your money back by selling the product!

Good Morning!

Well, it's Friday and I just wanted to update you on what I've been doing. Well, I am trying to grow my business and to my name out in my community. Right now I do believe that I am the only one in my area that sells these wonderful candles. So, I have been making flyers to pass out around town, handing out my business cards with a scent sample attached to it. Everywhere I go I try to remember to pass these out. Also, in September our library is promoting "Library Month". Any business that is doing this promotion will be giving customers a discount when they shop if they show their library card. So, if you don't have a library card and you want to shop, get yourself down to your local library and get a card. If you don't live local and want to get this discount with your library card, just email me to order directly from me, but you must be able to email me a copy of your library card to get a discount. Getting Ready!

Ok, I am getting ready for the peak candle season. I can't believe it! The holiday shopping season is just around the corner, and I am getting ready for it. This will be my first holiday season with the company! I am looking to build my team, so that we can all benefit from the holiday shopping season. So, what am I doing to prepare myself you ask? Well, I will tell ya, I got my business cards printed, scent samples are ready to go, I am participating in a group, we are running newspaper ads offering our candle business opportunity, I am putting flyers around town and I have a candle drawing going on right now! This is actually my first candle drawing I was able to get! Finally.... I am holding that drawing for a month at the gym where I work out. In fact, tomorrow I will be going there to workout, so I will get to check on my drawing and bring more entry forms. I must remember to bring them! LOL! I also carry my business cards with scent samples attached to hand out to people when I am shopping or running errands. Well, that is it for now, until next week!
